I believe the vocalist is female, but I could be wrong. The music goes kinda like I said in the title, but it's not just the music. Somebody is actually saying "Whee ooh... Wheeeee ooh". The secomd "Whee Ooh" is a little higher than the first. It's poppy. It's NOT Prozac's "Strange Disease", Weezer's "Buddy Holly", or that 1960's song by those black chicks that everybody keeps sending me to. Trust me. It's not. So unless you have an answer that doesn't include any of the above mentioned songs, please keep it to yourself. Thanks. Your help is appreciated.What song is this? "Whee ooh.. Wheeee ooh".
