Classical music is supposed to stimulate brain cells, therefore helping you grow and learn.
However, it is best to study the way you test. For example, if you study buzzed on caffeine, you should drink a lot of caffeine before the test. Therefore, if you study listening to classical music it will benefit more if you test with classical. Sometimes that's not an option, so be careful.
Also, regardless of the genre, music that makes you personally excited, distracted, sleepy, etc. it could affect your study ability.
personally i prescribe to the idea of 'to each their own'. there is no point listening to classical if you are going to sit there and just think how much you hate this music. i personally listen to whatever (metal on occasion) i want but have it as a background noise so when you are working you are barely aware of it.What music is suppossed to help your brain work better while doing homework and studying for tests?
Classic music and ocean , sea music and stuff helps because it relaxs you brain witch means your not rushing . so slowly listen to the music and youl go the musics speed and will be best to help your nbrain work better
